Eunice Warren
Eunice Warren age 50 of WarrenOH and formerly of GreenvilleSC, and Speedwell, TN passed away Tuesday May 29, 2012 at her residence.
Eunice was born the daughter of Jeffane and Genevieve Hendrickson Warren on Nov. 24, 1961, in WarrenOH.  Preceding her in death were her parents, brothers Arlie, Tommy and Henry Warren and sister Jewel Warren.
She was employed in the auto industry in quality control and was of the Baptist faith.
Memories of Eunice will be carried on by her sisters Lucy Hunt of Warren, OH, Mattie Brown of Salem, OH, Hazel Mullen of Leavittsburg, OH, Merrianne Wargo, Linda Grim, Charolette Smith, and Naomi Hennessey all of Warren, OH, brothers Martin Warren of Vienna, OH, Joe Warren and Jim Warren both of Warren, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on June 9, 2012 at 2 PM at the Beacon of Hope Baptist Church, North Park Ave.WarrenOH.  A dinner will follow immediately after the services.

Billy R. Bill Hicks
Mr. Billy R. (Bill) Hicks passed away Monday, May 28, 2012 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.  Bill accepted the Lord several years ago, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was preceded in death by parents, Willie and Nannie Hicks. 
Bill worked for 37 years in the field of property assessment, 16 of those years serving as the Campbell County Property Assessor from 1992-2008. 
Bill was blessed in 2010 to be an organ donor recipient.  We, his family are so grateful to the donor and the family who gave so unselfishly so we could have more time with Bill, and we are also grateful to his family, friends, and neighbors, who phoned, visited, and assisted the family.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathy Goins Hicks; Daughter, Stephanie, whom he cherished and was the light of his life; Brothers and Sisters, Bobby Hicks and wife Brenda, of LaFollette, David Hicks and wife Diana, of Jacksboro, Joy Lee Smith and husband Jack, of LaFollette, Donna Morris and husband Vick, of LaFollette, Tammy Bostic and husband Lynn, of LaFollette; Several nephews and nieces.
Funeral Services Thursday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Jack Goins and Rev. Charlie Phillips
Preacher Charlie Phillips, 86, formerly of the New River area residing in Lake City, passed away at his home May 27, 2012. He was born July 28, 1925 to the late Jack and Nancy Jane Byrge Phillips. Charlie was a member of Waldens View Baptist Church. He enjoyed preaching and singing gospel songs in church. Charlie was a member of the Crystal Lodge F&AM 616 for 50 years, and was also a retired coal miner. He loved his family but most of all he loved the Lord. He is preceded in death by his wife, Edith C. Phillips, infant son Leamon, grandsons, Timothy Bunch Jamie Phillips, and James Phillip Durst. Charlie is survived by: wife, Frances Phillips of Lake City, Children, Avery Phillips, and wife Linda of Deltona, FL, Gladys Bunch and husband Lowell of Orlando, FL, Van Phillips and wife Robin of Tampa, FL, Roy Phillips and wife Rose of Cleveland, OH, Rev. Stella Mae Bullock, age 93, of Lake City passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the NHC Healthcare Center in Oak Ridge. Stella was born on March 25, 1919 in Campbell County to the late John and Amanda Wilson Phillips. Stella was a member of the Willowbrook Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School before her health declined. She enjoyed reading her bible every day. Stella retired with 41 years of service as a school teacher through the Anderson County School System. In addition to her parents, Stella is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bullock, her infant son, Benny Joe Bullock, and several brothers and sisters as well.

Harry Lee Goble age 72 of Caryville passed away Thursday May 17, 2012 at the Tennnova Residential hospice in Knoxville. Lee enjoyed building houses, bluegrass, gospel and country music, pulling pranks. He was an awesome story teller who loved his family, friends especially his grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Parents: John and Myrtle Kinisley Goble.
Survived by wife: Wanda Goble Caryville. Children: Randy Goble, Sandra and Tim Warmoth Meadowview, Va. Dean and Michelle Deltona, Fl. Rhonda Goble of Meadowview, VA. Brothers and Sisters: Raleigh Ingram, George Goble, Don Goble, Alberta Wright, Connie Ingram, Shelia Brown and Nancy ______________ all of OH.

Opal A. Noojin Nelson Johnson, age 89, of Corbin, Kentucky, formerly of LaFollette went to her heavenly home on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at LaFollette Medical Center. She was a faithful member of Frankfurt Baptist Church and part owner of CORBEL, a Beltone Hearing Aid company in LaFollette for many years.
She was born in KyukaAL to Benjamin Noojin and Flora Epps Noojin on June 12, 1922. She attended Kyuka BaptistChurch as a child.
Preceded in death by her parents and her husbands, Arthur T. Nelson and Robert L. Johnson; her sons, Jim R. Nelson and Roger T. Nelson.
Survived by daughters, Nola Nelson McKamey (Floyd) and Gail Nelson Brown (Raymond); grandchildren, Cheryl Bellamy Hatmaker (David), Lane Bellamy (Janet), Todd Nelson, Jennifer Brown Whisenant (Dennis), Jeff Brown (Dana), Donna Bellamy Byrge (Johnny), Traci Nelson Campbell, and Tiffani Nelson Barnard, twenty one great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren

Linda Lee Wisner, age 45, of LaFollette passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the LaFollette Health & Rehab. She attended church at Covenant Life in Lake City. She enjoyed having yard sales and playing on the computer and she loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents Will and Bessie (Green) Hall and daughter Karla Wisner.
She is survived by her husband Richard Wisner of LaFollette, sons Elam Wisner, Chuck Hall and wife Lola, and Jim Hall all of LaFollette, and brother Will Hall of Michigan.

John W. Parker
John W. Parker, age 88, of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 12, 2012. He was a member of Mountain Assembly Church of God. He was a very loving husband of 66 years and brother.  He loved his friends and relatives very much and he will be missed by them. He was awarded several medals for his service to his country during WWII and was Honorably Discharged from the Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents William & Meda (Chadwell) Parker, wife Lillie Parker, brothers William Parker Jr., Junior Parker, Hobert Parker, Ken Parker, and Sam Parker, and sisters Pearlie Pruitt, Emma Baldwin, Retha Owens, and Leola Hicks.
He is survived by his sisters Hazel Reese of Dayton, OH, Zelma Young of Ohio, and Rosie Williams and husband Harry of LaFollette.
Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Billy Paul and Rev Bill Gaylor officiating.  Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in the Oddfellow Cemetery.

Lewis Delbert Randolph 
Lewis Delbert Randolph, age 74, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Methodist Medical Center inOak Ridge. He was a member of Stanfield Church of God. He enjoyed fishing, riding his mule, Nascar, UT Football, and being outdoors. He loved his family very much, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond & Ethel Randolph and sister Jessie Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis Randolph of Pioneer, sons Michael Randolph and wife Debbie of Kentucky and Lewis Randolph and wife Chris of Jellico, daughters Betty Lynn Disney and husband Jeremy of Lake City and Sonya Rhan and husband Tim of Iowa, brothers Roy and Eugene Randolph both of Michigan, Earl Randoph of Fairview, KY, and Ronnie Randolph of Tazewell, sisters Barbara and Hazel Randolph, 13 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at New Beginning with Rev JR Dople, Rev Andrew Ayers, and Walter Sutton officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Broyles Cemetery.

William R. Cobb
William R. Cobb, age 66, of Clinton, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Tennova Health Care. William was born April 15, 1946 in Speedwell to the late James and Retta Treadway Cobb. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and was an Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War.  In addition to parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Laura Cobb.
