Former owner/operator of LaFollette Monument Company. He pastored at Cedar Hill, Calvary, Newcomb, East Jacksboro, Demory, Grantsboro and Hayne Flat Baptist Churches.

Kelly Loyd Fowler Sr., age 75 of Clinton, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Kelly was born February 15, 1936 to the late Harry and Alta Speer Fowler. He enjoyed watching TV, and working on crossword puzzles. Kelly was a retired truck driver for Carter Express. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters: Jessie Fowler, Margie Rhodes, Margaret Davis, Maxie Bryant, and brothers: Kermit Fowler, and Clifford Fowler.
