Rev. David E. Carroll age 94, of Jacksboro passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011. He was of theChurch of God faith. Preceded in death by wife Clossie, parents Francis & Winnie Carroll. He was a retired Coal Miner & Carpenter.

Survivors: Daughter: Janice Tackett of Jacksboro with whom he made his home.

                 Son: Leonard Carroll of Cookeville

           4 Grandchildren   9 Great-grandchildren  10 Great-great-grandchildren

            Brother-in-law: Andy E. Stevens & wife Dot of Jacksboro

            A host of Nieces & Nephews

At  David’s request family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery Tuesday, November 15, for 11 a.m. Graveside Service & Interment.

Rev. Owen Hatmaker, age 93, of LaFollette passed away Friday, November 11, 2011.   Member of LaFollette First Baptist Church, Campbell Co. Masonic Lodge & Kerbella Temple.  Former owner/operator of LaFollette Monument Company. He pastored at Cedar Hill, Calvary, Newcomb, East Jacksboro, Demory, Grantsboro and Hayne Flat Baptist Churches.

Preceded in death by wives, Dorothy Weaver Hatmaker and Hazel Mae Yoakum Hatmaker; son, Homer Lewis Hatmaker; parents, Foster & Anna Mae Cooper Hatmaker, brothers & sisters, Clayton Hatmaker., Esta Prater, Paris Hatmaker, Ermie Dagley, Eva Miller & Katy Wilson

Kelly Loyd Fowler Sr., age 75 of Clinton, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Kelly was born February 15, 1936 to the late Harry and Alta Speer Fowler. He enjoyed watching TV, and working on crossword puzzles. Kelly was a retired truck driver for Carter Express.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters: Jessie Fowler, Margie Rhodes, Margaret Davis, Maxie Bryant, and brothers: Kermit Fowler, and Clifford Fowler.
