Pat Garner, age 67, of Caryville, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011.  President of Senior Citizen Center and very active as Line Dance instructor and leader of Folk Art Class.  Preceded in death by husband, Jim Blackburn; father, Drexel Broyles ofCampbell County; mother, Willie Owens of Fentress County.
