Rev. L. B. Huskeyage 84, of Jacksboro, went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2011.  L.B. was born on September 4, 1927 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late James Wilson and Susan Elsie Smith Huskey.  He served in the United States Navy during WWII.  L.B. was a member of the Cherry Bottom Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar, gardening, animals, singing, reading his Bible and serving the Lord.  In addition to his parents, L. B. is preceded in death by his wife: Willie Reece Huskey, son: Charles “Chalk” Huskey, brothers” R.C., J.D., Lonzo Huskey, and his sister: Ola Mae Smith.

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.        
Funeral Service: 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2011 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. C.H. Baird and Rev. Ronnie Roberts officiating. The Cumberland View Baptist Church Choir will be singing.
Friends and Family will meet at Oak Grove Cemetery on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for L.B.’s interment.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Ridgewood Volunteer Fire Department: 1944 Highway 116, Caryville, TN 37714.
