Della Mae Melton Seiberage 74 of Briceville, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at her residence. She was born June 7, 1937 in Briceville to the late Alvis and Talitha Duncan Melton.  Della was a member the First Baptist Church of Briceville. She loved gardening, flowers, and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. In addition to her parents, Della is preceded in death by her brothers: Mose and Leon Melton.

Aidern Don Parksage 74 of Lake City, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born July 12, 1937 in Lake City to the late James Columbus and Ruby Lay Parks.  Don was a 20 year Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam.  He was also a member of the Byram’s Fork Baptist Church in Andersonville. He loved fishing, hunting, the outdoors, farming, and gardening. In addition to his parents, Don is preceded in death by his sister, Sue Parks Foust.

Helen A. Douglas
Mrs. Helen A. Douglas age 86 of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at LaFollette Health & Rehab Center.  She was a Christian from an early age.  Preceded in death by husband, J. L. Douglas, parents, John and Jane Ayers Vaughn.

Survivors:  Daughter, Jean McCullah and husband, Roger ; son, Randy Douglas and wife, Teresa; granddaughter, Lindsay Douglas all of LaFollette.  Several other relatives and friends. 

Funeral services Thursday 8 P.M. at Walters Chapel with Rev. Alan Ragan officiating.  Family and friends will meet Friday at 10 A.M. and go in procession to Davis Cemetery for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. before funeral services at Walters Funeral Home.  Online condolences for Mrs. Douglas may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.  Walters Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Helen A.
