Mary “Louise” Johnson age 77 of Jacksboro passed away January 26, 2012 at her home. She was a loving sister and aunt that loved attending church, singing and spending time with her family. Louise enjoyed working in her garden, quilting and all types of needle work.
Preceded in death by her Parents: William and Elizabeth Owens Johnson. Brothers: RM and Bud Johnson.
Survived by Brother and Sister –In-Law: Doris Leo and Betty June Johnson of Lafollette. Sister-In-Law: Frankie Coleen Johnson of Jacksboro. A host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Funeral services are 8 PM Saturday January 28th, 2012 in the chapel of Martin Wilson with Rev. Junior Dilbeck officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM before funeral service. Interment will be 11 AM Sunday January 29th, 2012 at Broyles Cemetery.

Jack Evans
Jack Evans, age 70, of Caryville passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. He was a very loving husband of 49 years, loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family, especially around the Holidays. He was a member of Lake View Baptist Church
He was preceded in death by his father Dewey Evans, mother Emma Parker Wells, and brothers Ralph Weldon Evans, Dewey Evans Jr., and Cameron Evans.
He is survived by his wife Zane Ann Evans of Caryville, daughters Teresa Evans Woodward and husband Rick of Jacksboro, Jacqueline Evans Williams and husband Andy of Clinton, and Erica Evette Evans of Caryville, brothers Wayne Evans and wife Elizabeth of Caryville and David Evans and wife Fonzie of Jacksboro, sister Dewetta Raye and husband James of South Carolina, grandchildren Brandon Carroll of LaFollette, Ashton Woodward Jones of Hampton, VA, and Tristen & Trent Goodman of Caryville, and 2 great-grandchildren Jaiden Jones of Hampton, VA and Jaxton Carroll of LaFollette.
