Mrs. Mary R. Rector, age 84, of Dayton, OH passed away Friday, June 01, 2012. She was born March 9, 1928, in Coal Creek, TN. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Meadowdale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dolph and Dora Mack.

Mary is survived by her husband of 14 years, Boyd Rector; step-sons, Terry Rector, Jerry Rector, and David Rector; step-grandchildren, Terry Rector, Jr. and Stephanie Rector; brother, Floyd Mack; sister, Ora Lee Steffey; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. Wednesday at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services and interment.
