Martin of Jacksboro, nephew, Josh, and brother-in-law, Rick Snelson. Survivors:  Brother, Vestal L. Richard was born in Anderson County on October 26, 1948, to James and Gladys Bumgardner Taylor. He was an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam.
