Mr. Odes Lee Martin, Jr, age 43 of Jacksboro passed away Friday, June 15, 2012, at his home. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was preceded in death by wife, Sara E. Martin of Jacksboro, nephew, Josh, and brother-in-law, Rick Snelson.
Survivors: Brother, Vestal L. Wilkerson and Chastity Carroll of Jacksboro and sister, Reba Snelson; nephew, Danny Wilkerson; great nieces, Miley and Briley Wilkerson all of Maynardville. Several other relatives and friends.

Richard Lowell Bumgardner, age 63, of Powell, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell. Richard was born in Anderson County on October 26, 1948, to James and Gladys Bumgardner Taylor. He was an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam. Richard enjoyed board games with his granddaughter, who was the light of his life.
