Anna Lou Worthington
Anna Lou Worthington, age 94 of Lake City, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012         at Summit View of Lake City. She was born October 13, 1917 in Anderson County to the late John L. and Sallie Cantrell Worthington. Anna Lou was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and a professional business woman who graduated from KnoxvilleBusiness College. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, James Worthington, and sister, Johnnie Trew.

Funeral Service: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 Main Street Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
Interment will follow funeral service at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Clinton.

Roscoe J. Martin 
Roscoe J. Martin,  age 92, of Lake City, passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at Summit View Health Care. He was  born March 19, 1920 in Anderson County, Tn. to the late  Al Prince Martin and Idella Cook Martin.  He was a member of the Clear Branch Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, taught Junior Boys Sunday School class for many years, later taught an adult Sunday School class, and also went on several Disaster Relief Missions. Roscoe enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  In addition to parents, Roscoe is preceded in death by his wife Demetra Martin, brother, Clifford  Martin, and  sisters, Lorene Abner and Flossie Hunley.

Interment: Friends and Family will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Woodhaven MemorialGardens in ClaxtonTN for Roscoe’s interment with military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
