Jerry Dale Montgomery

SFC Jerry Dale Montgomery, age 68, of Caryville passed from this life on Monday, October 22, 2012 at UT Hospital.  He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, but attended Cedar Hill Baptist Church.  A retired US Army veteran - where he as awarded many medals in his 25 years of service to his country – and, a former Police Chief of the Caryville Police Department and Jacksboro Police Department.

Preceded in death by sister, Thelma Crouch; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charlie & Ida Pike; sisters-in-law, Geraldine hale and Julia Ann Douglas; brothers-in-law, Gene Pike & Roy Pike.

Survived by his wife of 40 years, Sandra (Sandy) Pike Montgomery

Son:  Travis Eugene Montgomery

Brothers-in-law:  Aud Pike, H.R. Douglas and Joe Crouch

Nieces:  Francine (Paul) Clinton

              Lenora (Roger) Wilson

Nephews:  Steven Paul Clinton

Interment 11 a.m. Saturday at Queener Cemetery with Military honors given by Campbell County Honor Guard
