Kenneth L Hatmaker, age 71, of LaFollette born to the late Pearley Lee Hatmaker and the late Pearl May Eastridge Hatmaker on March 31, 1941 in Tackett Creek passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012. Kenneth was a coal miner for 35 plus years. He loved to work on cars and flea-marketing. He loved being with his family. 

Preceded in death by his parents, brothers R.L. Hatmaker and Jerry Hatmaker, brother-in-law Elmer Shoupe, and grandson William Osbourne. 

Survived by his loving wife of 51 years Esther Wilson Hatmaker, sons & daughters-in-law Randall & Helen Hatmaker of Jacksboro, Jimmy & Tracy Hatmaker of Speedwell, and Kenneth Scott Hatmaker of LaFollette, daughters and sons-in-law Martha & James Roberts, Rebecca & Edwin Chambers, Brenda Pierce, and Melissa & Darryl White all of LaFollette, brother & sister-in-law Jess & Shirley Hatmaker of White Oak, sister Bernice Shoupe of LaFollette, sisters & brothers-in-law Janice & Lonas Wilson and Mary & Arville Boshears all of LaFollette, 21 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm. Funeral service will follow the visitation at 7:00 pm with Rev Richard Long & Rev Kenny Rogers officiating. Interment will be on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Peabody Cemetery.
