Otis Williams, Jr., age 52, of Jacksboro passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012.  Member of First Church of God Sunny Acres, Harlan, Ky.   Preceded in death by daughter, Amanda Nicole Williams; wife, Angie Longmire Williams; grandparents, Corbin & Ethel Williams and John & Lockie Pack; a host of aunts & uncles.
