BLUE, WILLIAM (BILL) EDGAR - age 88 of Duff, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, Oct. 30 at his home. He was born May 30, 1923 in Valley Creek, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by: father: Lewis Belew; mother: Adaline Bowman Blue; wife: Danna Jefferies Blue; son: Roger Allen Blue; brothers: James, Richard and Jake Belew and wife Jane; sisters: Viola York, Della Hatfield and Myrtle Queener; mother-in-law: Grace Jefferies. He is survived by: three daughters: Vickie Hatfield and husband Lloyd of Duff, Debbie Loveday and husband Charles of Lafollette, Lisa Blue of Huntsville, AL; five grandchildren: Chris, Misty, Marsha, Amanda and Amy; four great grandchildren; brother-in-law: Johnny Jefferies and wife Pam of Lafollette; special nephews and niece: Gary Belew, Robbie Belew, Lynn Jefferies and Melaine Claiborn; and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing. Visitation was 6-8:00 p.m. Monday Oct. 31 with Masonic services and a final salute from the military starting at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harp Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. at Anthras Baptist Church, Rev. Johnny Partin officiating. Burial followed in the Lot Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion Honor Guard. Masonic services from the Jellico Lodge #527.
