Ramon Cleon Woods, age 84, of Jacksboro, TN passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012. He enjoyed camping, woodworking, furniture restoration, croquet, blue grass music, puzzles, and pulling jokes. He loved his family and his dog, Abby, very much.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother Wesley and Clementine Stevens Woods, wife Beulah Woods, son Thomas Lee Woods, daughter Dorothy Ruth Kitts, and sister Beulah Mae Teague.

He is survived by his daughters Brinda Woods of Clinton, TN, Judy Kelley of Ohio, Deborah Brown and husband Daniel of Ohio, Sally Jo Woods of South Carolina, and Nancy Sharlow and husband Timothy of Ohio, son Willie Shipley and wife Tootie of Speedwell, TN, sister Eva Barnett of Crossville, TN, many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Kevin Walden officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the Campbell Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
