Rev. Paul E. Swafford, age 82, of Caryville passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 24, 2012.

Mr. Frank M. Hatmaker age 65 of Jacksboro, passed away Monday, April 23, 2012, at LaFollette Medical Center. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, former Fire Chief of Jacksboro, and was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by father, Claude E. Hatmaker, brother, Claude, Jr., sister, Nancy Maddock. Survivors: Children, Kim Peel and husband, Brent of LaFollette, Frank Hatmaker, Jr. and wife, Terina of LaFollette, Gina Allen and husband, Mike of Barbourville, KY, Misty Mills of Barbourville, KY, Kristy Lickliter of Middlesboro, KY, and Chasity Hannah of Barbourville, KY; mother, Helen Hatmaker of Jacksboro; grandchildren, Kandace Mills, Brittany North, Seth Pebley, Kaela Peel, Kaine Peel, Brandon, Cory, and Hunter Hatmaker; several other grandchildren; great grandchildren, Tytan, Kalie and Elijah Mills, and Karley North; sister, Sue Leach of Milton, FL; brother, Everett Hatmaker of Walton, KY and Don Hatmaker of Cincinnati, OH. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Wednesday 8 P.M. at Walters Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Orick officiating. Family and friends will meet Thursday 12:30 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery and Memorial Gardens for Graveside Service and Interment. David Levi Hawkins David Levi Hawkins, age 60 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at his residence. David was born on May 23, 1951 in Anderson County to Leroy and Leopal Marlow Hawkins. He was an Army veteran and was also a member of Faith Primitive Baptist Church of Harriman. He enjoyed ginsenging, playing the guitar, gardening, and flowers. David is preceded in death by his mother, Leopal Hawkins, and his two sisters, Patricia Sandefur, and Betty Lou Hawkins. Harlan Bray Harlan Bray, age 81, of LaFollette passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at UT Medical Center. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, hunting & fishing, and he loved his family very much. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill & Cora (Kennedy) Bray, his first wife Janie Bray, his second wife Flora Bray, brother Arlie Bray, and sisters Helen & Betty Bray. He is survived by his son J.C. Bray of LaFollette, sisters Erlene Lowe of Knoxville and Lois Shoopman of Oliver Springs, grandchildren April Greenwood & husband Chris of Jacksboro and Scott Bray & wife Kristy of Caryville, and great-grandchildren Jacob, Nicole, Corey, & Olivia. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Rutherford officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Interment will be on Friday, April 27th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Powell Valley Cemetery & Memorial Gardens.
