Elmer James Sutton, age 68, of LaFollette passed away at home on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. He was a loving brother who enjoyed hunting, farming, and watching Nascar.
Preceded in death by his parents Solomon & Dovie (Miller) Sutton, brothers Henry and Leamon Sutton, and sisters Nancy, Azilee, and Katherine Sutton.
Survived by his son Justin Bolton of Knoxville, brothers Ralph Sutton and wife Cordia and Roy Sutton all of LaFollette, and sisters Lucille Sutton & Ted Taulbee of Dayton, OH, Ethel Rettberg & husband Ivan of LaFollette, and Minnie Goins & husband Wallace of LaFollette.
Funeral service will be at 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Johnny Dabney officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 6-8 pm. Interment will be at 11:00 am on Friday, July 20th, 2012 in the Sutton Cemetery.

Otis Lee Swangin, age 71 of Jacksboro passed away Thursday July 19, 2012. He was a member of Davis Chapel Baptist Church. Otis enjoyed playing music with his friends and his grandson; he loved being a police officer and spending time with his family and friends.

Preceded in death by: Son, Tommy Swangin. Parents: Riley and Mary Owens Swangin. Brother: Louadean Swangin. Sisters: Dorothy Swangin and Geraldine Parkerson. Great grandchild: Brianna Romines.

Survived by wife, Joyce Swangin of Jacksboro. Daughter: Connie Sue Swangin of Scott County. Brother: Ed Swangin of Whitley City, KY. Sister: Lois Tuscher of Jacksboro. 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Friday July 20, 2012 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Joey Rutherford officiating. Interment will be 12 Noon Saturday July 21, 2012 in Queener cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM before the funeral service on Friday
