Mr. David L. Meredith, age 57 of Murfreesboro, formerly of Pioneer, TN passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a member of the Lions Club, a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Mother, Nadine Marcum Meredith.
Survivors: Beloved Father of Matthew Meredith and wife, Ashley of Johnson City, Michael Meredith of Flagstaff, AZ, and Timothy Meredith of Murfreesboro, TN; Father, Curtis Meredith and wife, Jeanetta of Pioneer, TN; Twin Brother, Dexter Meredith and wife, Jeannie of LaFollette; Brother, Dan Meredith and wife, Regina of LaFollette; Former Wife, and Mother of the children, Ruthie–Marie Beckwith and husband, Mark Friedman of Murfreesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service Wednesday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Nephew, Rev. Jared Meredith officiating. Family and friends will meet at Walters Funeral Home Thursday at 9:30 A.M. and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for graveside services and interment at 10 A.M. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 P.M. Wednesday before services at Walters Funeral Home. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the family to help with medical and final expenses, and can be mailed to Dexter Meredith, 167 Shanghai Way Lane, LaFollette, TN 37766.
