Beatrice L. Nelson ,age 90 of LaFollette passed away on Thursday December 27, 2012. She was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. Mrs. Nelson was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother that loved having her family around her, especially her grandchildren, she always thought more of others than she did herself. She enjoyed working in her garden and flowers. 

She was preceded in death by her husband: Henry Nelson Jr. Sons: Virgil Eugene White, Foster Nelson and( infant) Wayne Boshears. Parents: Alfred and Louisa Berry White. Brothers: Foster, Clarence and Walter White. Sister: Orabelle Miller 

She is survived by: Daughters: Bonnie Jordan and husband Jack of LaFollette, Wanda Terry and husband Larry of Caryville. Son: Don Nelson and wife Linda of Knoxville. Grandchildren: Christie and Donnie Nelson, Tonya White, Jimmy Gregg, Alicia Messick, Michelle Stewart and Jacqueline Boshears. 14 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Sunday December 30, 2012 in Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. Hobart McCreary officiating. Interment will be Monday December 31, 2012 at 10 AM in Sunrise Cemetery.

Glenn B. Lay age 71 of Jacksboro, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at his home. He was a member & deacon of Ford Town Baptist Church. He retired after 22 years of service from the US Army and then went on to retire from US Postal Service. He was a member of Campbell Co. Masonic Lodge, Knoxville Scottish & York Rite Bodies and a 33 degree Mason and Shriner. Preceded in death by Parents Green Berry & Hazel Lay.

Survivors: wife Anna Allred Lay

                 Daughters; Mary Ann Thomas & Sandra Hall

                 Grandchildren: Ashlyn Fox, Brianna Walker, Marina & Ain Hall

                  Great-grandchildren: Riley & Joseph Fox

                   Brothers: Roger, Jimmy & Benny Lay

                   Several Nieces & Nephews and a host of friends

Masonic Service 7:45 p.m. by Campbell Co. Lodge

Interment: 11 a.m. Wednesday Campbell Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by Campbell Co. Honor Guard.

Mr. Raymond Earl Huddleston passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the age of 68. He was born on September 15, 1944. He was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Violet Huddleston, Sister, Janice Sue Nelson, Brothers, James Huddleston and Roger Lynn Huddleston.

Survivors: Wife, Leslie Huddleston of Pennsylvania; Children, Joseph of Washington, Latisha of Pennsylvania, and Nalina of Virginia; Sisters, Tommie Faye Lancaster of Dayton, OH, and Kathy Huddleston of LaFollette, TN; Brothers, Gary Lee Huddleston of LaFollette, and Jerry Wayne Huddleston of Duff; Four Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
