Glenn B. Lay age 71 of Jacksboro, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at his home. He was a member & deacon of Ford Town Baptist Church. He retired after 22 years of service from the US Army and then went on to retire from US Postal Service. He was a member of Campbell Co. Masonic Lodge, Knoxville Scottish & York Rite Bodies and a 33 degree Mason and Shriner. Preceded in death by Parents Green Berry & Hazel Lay.

Survivors: wife Anna Allred Lay

                 Daughters; Mary Ann Thomas & Sandra Hall

                 Grandchildren: Ashlyn Fox, Brianna Walker, Marina & Ain Hall

                  Great-grandchildren: Riley & Joseph Fox

                   Brothers: Roger, Jimmy & Benny Lay

Interment: 11 a.m. Wednesday Campbell Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by Campbell Co. Honor Guard.

Betty S. Boshears age 60, of LaFollette, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012.
She was a member of First Baptist Church Jacksboro and 20 year employee of Peoples Bank of the South. Preceded in death by Parents George & Alma Shoun Wright.

Mr. James Barclay “J.B.” Wright age 81 of LaFollette, TN, originally from Glade Springs, VA passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012 at LaFollette Health and Rehab Center.  Mr. Wright was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving in the Korean War, a member of LaFollette United Methodist Church, and was Administrator of LaFollette Hospital for 20 plus years. He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play golf.  Preceded in death by parents, Thomas Roy Wright Sr. and Katherine Taylor Wright; Sister, Jane Sandefur; Brothers, Paul and T.R. Wright.

Survivors: Daughters, Libby Wright of Knoxville, Traci Wright Chambers and husband David, of Caryville, Son, Ricky Wright and wife Karen, of Big Stone Gap, VA; Grandchildren, Matthew, Will, and Claire Chambers, all of Caryville, and Rachel, Sarah, and Rebekah Wright, all of Jonesborough, TN; Former wife and mother of the Children, Barbara D. Wright of LaFollette; Former wife and friend, Joyce McNeil Wright of Boone, NC; Sister-in-law, Peggy Wright of Chilhowie, VA; Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Wednesday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Son, Rev. Ricky Wright officiating.  Interment at Glade Springs Baptist Cemetery, Glade Springs, VA.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
