Betty J McGhee, age 82, of Jacksboro passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking, & loved her family very much. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Sam McGhee, parents Ray & Edith (Heatherly) Workman, brother Jackie Workman, and sisters Elsie Mae Bullock and Loretta Cunningham. 

She is survived by her special niece Kathy Wilson of Jacksboro, special great-niece Cindy Silcox of Jacksboro, special friend Maria Ward of LaFollette, and several other nieces & nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2012 from 9:00 – 10:00 am in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 am with Rev Bobby Ray Wilson officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Campbell Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Kenneth J. Martin, age 74 of Jacksboro passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012, at Cumberland Village Care & Rehabilitation Center of LaFollette.  He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Jacksboro Church of Christ.  Preceded in death by parents, D. Homer Martin and Vernie Etta Lewallen Martin, sister, Katherine Bailey, and brother, James Martin.

Survivors:  Wife, Tonya Martin of Jacksboro; Daughter, Tammy Plank of Idaho; Son, Kenneth J. “Rowdy” Martin, Jr. of Hawaii; Two Sisters, Della Cordell and Geneva Smith, both of LaFollette.  Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
