Nesby Leona Byrd, age 79, of Pioneer, TN passed away Sunday February 12, 2012 at the St Mary’s Hospital of Scott county. Mrs. Byrd was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and loved crocheting.

Preceded in death by : Husband Delmus Byrd. Parents: Carmie and Margaret O. Byrd. Sister and Brothers: Wilma Wilson, Carl Byrd and Dean Byrd.

Survived by:Children: Frances Byrd of Pioneer Michael Byrd and wife Marie of Pioneer, Ronnie Byrd and wife Margie of Manchester, KY, Karen Stephens and husband Rick of Huntville, TN. Grandchildren: Lennis Byrd of Chattanooga, TN, Chris Byrd and wife Letha of Manchester, KY, Chasity Jeffers and husband Mike of Oneida, TN, Michelle Isabel and husband Isaac of Huntsville, TN, Nicole Coffey and husband Adam of Pioneer, Lorie Mason and husband Randall of Pioneer, Brenda Kay and Donnie England Donnie Ray and Cheryl Burchfield, Jeff and Etta Jean Burchfield, Steve and Johnny Burchfield. Step grandchildren: Joy Silcox and husband Tommy. Great grandkids: Ryan Jeffers, Zachery and Shyanna Isabel, Jeremy Coffey, Kiaria Jeffers, Daniel Chambers Coffey, Hayden Mason, Brooke Byrd, Lyndsey Byrd, Brandon, Matthew England, Christian, Cameron , Kelsa , Brandy, Kyla and Josh Burchfield.

Funeral service will be 1:30 PM Monday February 13, 2012 at Straight Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Carley Duncan and Rev. Rodney Mason officiating.

Hazel Mae Welch, age 88, of Huntsville, formerly of LaFollette, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012.  Preceded in death by husband, Victory L. Welch; parents, William Elvis & Lilly Mae Roddy Hinds; son, Larry Welch; daughter, Carolyn Robbins; grandson, Todd Welch

Frank Keathley  
Mr. Frank Keathley, age 53 of CynthianaKY, formerly of LaFollette, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012.  Former President of the Southern Sons Motorcycle Club.  Preceded in death by Father, Rufus Keathley.

Survivors:  Son, Eric; daughter, Neshay; mother, Ethel Bolton Keathley all of LaFollette; sisters, Betty Keathley and Fay Hope both of Cynthiana, KY, Brenda Currin of NC, Elizabeth Keathley of LaFollette; brothers, Roger Keathley and wife, Kathy, Edward Keathley, and Marty Keathley all of LaFollette.  Several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

Funeral Services Sunday 8 P.M. at Walters Chapel with Rev. Anwar Accawi officiating.  Family and friends will meet Monday at 10 A.M. at Keathley Cemetery for graveside services and interment.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Franklin Lee Fuzz Paul
Mr. Franklin Lee “Fuzz” Paul, age 67 of Jacksboro passed away Friday, February 10, 2012, at MethodistMedical Center in Oak Ridge.  Veteran of U.S. Army, member of the American Legion in Ohio, and a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church.  Preceded in death by parents, Henry Edgar and Hettie Elizabeth Parrott Paul, brother, John Paul, sister, Laura Bell Paul, half-brothers, David Paul, James William Paul and Sammy Killis Paul.
Survivors:  Wife of 43 years, Charlene Paul of Jacksboro; sisters, Mary Bellamy and husband, Sam of Cicero, IN and JoAnn Overton and husband, Tommy of LaFollette; brothers, Lewis Paul and wife, Wanda and Carl Paul and wife, Christine all of LaFollette; mother-in-law, Tressie Sheffield of Caryville; aunt, Luola Mullens of LaFollette.  Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services and interment Tuesday 11 A.M. at Campbell Memorial Gardens with Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating.  Full military honors will be conducted by The Campbell County Honor Guard.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Jeanie Ruth Davis 
Jeanie Ruth Davis, age 85, of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the MethodistMedical Center. Jeanie was born on August 17, 1926 in Anderson County to the late Eli and Ina Beets Bolinger. She was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church. Jeanie loved working with flowers in her yard, and spending time with her family and friends. Jeanie is preceded in death by her husband Burrell Alan Davis, and her brother, Harley Bolinger.

Helen Olivia Billingsley
Helen Olivia Billingsley, 83, passed away at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge on February 9, 2012. Miss Billingsley was born on March 26, 1928 in Lake CityTennessee. She was a member of theLake City United Methodist Church. She spent the last six years as a resident of Summit View of Lake City. The thing that brought her the most joy was receiving pictures and hearing stories about her great nieces. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, Bessie Sue and JC Billingsley, brothers, Glen, Hoyle, and Gene Billingsley, and nephew, Bradley Billingsley.
